Every price in the LaunchUP Shop includes delivery and GST. There’s nothing extra to pay at checkout.
Where it comes from: our supply partner sends your order from an Australian warehouse.
How long it takes: most orders are dispatched within 1–2 business days and arrive 2–7 business days after that. Regional and remote areas can take longer. Each product page shows its own estimate.
Tracking: once your order is on its way we’ll email you a tracking link from martin@launchup.com.au.
If it’s late: if your order hasn’t arrived within 10 business days, email info@launchup.com.au and we’ll chase it, send a replacement or refund you.
Where we deliver: Australian addresses only, including PO Boxes.
