Changed your mind? You can return an item within 14 days of delivery if it’s unused and in its original packaging. Email info@launchup.com.au first with your order number, so we know it’s coming. Return postage is paid by you. We refund the price you paid within 5 business days of receiving it.

Please use a tracked service and keep your receipt until your refund arrives. Our supply partner’s warehouse can’t accept returns, so please don’t send items back to the address on the parcel.
Faulty, damaged or not as described? Email info@launchup.com.au with your order number and a photo. We’ll arrange a free return and a refund, replacement or repair, as the Australian Consumer Law requires.
